ReadyLine™ 24-Hour Telephone Banking

Citizens National Bank's 24-hour telephone banking service, ReadyLine, brings new meaning to the idea of convenient banking because it's ready when you are! Perhaps you need to transfer funds from your savings account to checking ... and the bank is closed. Or you need to check your balance ... at 6 in the morning. Maybe you want to see which checks have cleared your account ... on Sunday afternoon. Now you can get the information you need when you need it, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All you have to do is pick up the phone and dial ReadyLine.

Here's how it works

1-866-333-4CNB
Or In Meridian, Dial 484-5289

ReadyLine turns your telephone in a tellerphone! Whenever you need information on any of your accounts-- loans, checking, savings, CDs-- simply pick up the phone and dial the ReadyLine number for your city. You'll be greeted by a friendly voice that will guide you through the following available options:

  1. Balance Information
  2. Verify Checks Paid
  3. Verify Deposits Credited
  4. Report Lost or Stolen ReadyCheck or ATM Card
  5. Transfer Funds Between Accounts
  6. Reorder Checks or Place a Stop Payment
  7. Change Security Code
  8. Verify Funds Available
  9. Transfer to Electronic Banking Department (during normal banking hours)
  10. Transfer to a Customer Service Representative
With each option selected, you will be asked to enter your account number and a four-digit "security code." You will then be guided through any remaining steps by our friendly automated teller. And, if you require additional information or prefer to talk to a person, ReadyLine will always give you a final option of transferring to a Customer Service Representative.

Getting Started...

We've already programmed ReadyLine to accept the last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security number the first time you call. For business accounts, the code will be the last four digits of the taxpayer identification number. After providing you with the information you request, ReadyLine will ask you to change your security code to a four-digit number of your choosing. The ReadyLine teller will guide you through the process and you'll need to change your code for each of your accounts. This is for your protection.

For your additional protection, "Option #4: Transfer Funds Between Accounts" will require that you come into the bank and sign an authorization form before this feature is activated for your accounts. "Option #8: Verify Funds Available" is intended for use by merchants. A merchant wishing to verify whether or not a CNB check will pay may simply dial ReadyLine, select option #8, and enter the amount of the check and the account number. ReadyLine will confirm if sufficient funds are available.
