CNB Online is an easy-to-use, secure internet banking service that gives you the convenience of managing your money from your home or office using your personal computer … 24 hours a day, seven days a week. With CNB Online you can view:

• the balance of your checking and/or savings accounts, certificates of deposit and loans;
• checks and other debits that have been paid from your account (searchable by specific check number or amount);
• deposits that have been posted to your account;
• your current bank statement up to the previous day;
• a previous bank statement; and
• e-mail alerts for low balances or insufficient funds.

In a secure environment, you can:

• transfer funds between checking and savings accounts on which you are a joint owner or an authorized signer (requires additional authorization from the bank);
• re-order personal checks;
• Pay Your Bills Online;
• download transactions to accounting software like Quicken and Microsoft Money; and
• e-mail the Bank;

Getting Started

To activate CNB Online, you must have an account with Citizens National. To review account information and balance summaries, you can enroll online by simply clicking First Time Enrollment.

Once you have completed your online enrollment you will have access to information on all of your accounts at Citizens National within 1-2 business days. Simply enter your user identification and password in the CNB Online Login box.

To Activate Additional Features and/or Access Additional Accounts

To protect your account, we must take additional security steps before activating certain features within CNB Online. To access and transfer funds between accounts where you are not the primary owner, such as a joint owner or an authorized signer, please contact the Online Banking Department by e-mail or by calling (601) 484-5242.

Electronic Cash Management services for business owners, including direct deposit origination, cash concentration, corporate payments, etc… require additional banking agreements prior to activation. To activate Cash Management services, contact us and a CNB banker will follow-up with the information required to get you started.

With Electronic Bill Pay, you can pay businesses or individuals - anyone to whom you would normally send a check. Electronic Bill Pay allows you to set up recurring payments for regular bills that have a fixed amount, or one-time payments for those bills with varying month-to-month amounts, like telephone or power bills.

The application form is easy and takes only a few minutes to complete. In order for us to help you protect your account, you must first login to your online banking account using your User ID and password. After you have logged in, click on eBill Pay to register. Once your application has been approved, you will be able to access eBill Pay.
